First day of phase 2 yippee. I really liked this workout, its nice to get back to some strength and resistance training. Tons of push ups (just for you Lisa), my triceps and chest feel pretty weak right now. Freaking plyometrics tomorrow sure didn't miss them! Big update tomorrow! 61 more days to go.

Hey Jeff thanks for stopping by. I'm really happy with my first phase results. I was in pretty bad shape when I started and I imagine someone with some good condtioning could really excell and see amazing results in 30 days.
ReplyDeleteAs far as phase two, I'll be happy if I can duplicate the success I've had. Lose another 7-8 lbs. Add some muscle,some more flexability and more endurance and I'll be happy. Gonna take some more hard work no doubt.
