Day 16 of P90X - Plyometrics

Whatever I'm doing it must be working. Had another phenomenal work out this morning. My body seems to adjusting to the new schedule nicely, though it is a little more hectic and Charlie doesn't like sharing the TV with me at all.

Contrary to what I said in an earlier post, I may go for a run tonight. There is a local 5k on the 7th of November and I think I'd like to give it a shot before old man winter sidelines my running for the season. 74 more days to go.
