I'm starting to think that last nights run wasn't such a good idea. Yes. I slept good, too good, did not want to get out of bed this morning. Secondly I don't know if it was because of the run or it being Friday but I just felt run down this morning and it showed. My workout was crap, total crap...Starting to wear down a little bit, cranky as well. Next two workouts "should" be more manageable and being so, I might be able to afford a run or two to make up for this garbage I did today. Note to self, no more night runs. 78 more days to go.
