Using Cardio X as my supplemental work out today, no surprises there. After being away from strength training for a week, I'm really sore from yesterday's work out especially in my lats and neck. It's a good soreness though, nothing debilitating like it was in the beginning, just enough to let me know I put in a good days work. Looking forward to another strength day tomorrow, hopefully I can bring as much intensity as the I did the day before. 32 more days to go.
