Doing my own thing again today. It's so easy to talk myself into Cardio X on Plyometrics day. But in all honesty I really can push farther with Cardio X, besides my knees and back take a hammering after each plyo session. I know Tony's always harping about landing softly and I pay special attention to do so but the results are always the same. Next week is recovery week and if I'm not mistaken I'll have 2 rounds of plyo's to do then and I have full intentions of doing them...maybe. 46 more days to go.
