Day 51 of P90X - Core Synergistics

Man, what a tough work out today, not frustratingly tough, just tough! Drenched in sweat, I felt like my heart rate was pegged the whole time. I really can't wait to do it again Thursday, to see if I can surpass today's work. Diets been really tight today. Last I checked I'm still stuck with just my orignal 8 lb loss, I've lost and gained back 3 lbs numerous times and I believe I just need more determination to see them away for good. 39 more days to go.
